80’s
- Works as a stylist assistant with Silvia Meneguzzo to the design of fashion portraits and still life for Vogue Pelle (leather), Vogue Gioielli (Jewels), Vogue Bambino (Baby) and Vogue Sposa (Bride).
- Stylist assistant for Michela Bardini and Giulia Borioli’s Studio Verve which have made, in the eighties, the most important Italian newspapers press campaigns and fashion editorials.
- Collaboration with Michela Bardini and Milva Gigli’s studio Spazio Libero. At the beginning, she works as a stylist assistant for portrait and still life editorials in Milan and Madrid for “Vogue Spain” then, she becomes a stylist and started to make her own editorials for Vogue Uomo, Vogue Gioielli, Vogue Sposa and Vanity Fair.
- After becoming keen on fashion still life, she starts a long collaboration with the photographer Maria Vittoria Backhaus.
- Works as an editorial and styling assistant for the first edition of Elle Italy. She also designs her own fashion portrait and still life editorials, collaborating with young emerging photographers such as Jorgen Teller, Nick Knight and many more.
- Cooperation with Romeo Gigli’s style office where she is in charge of the creative research, of the design of accessories and jewels for Callaghan and Romeo Gigli’s fashion shows. She is also involved in special tailor-made projects and does research on materials and fabrics for limited edition collections and unique pieces of Haute Couture. During this period she develops a passion for antique jewels and fabrics from different places of origin.
- Collaboration with Romeo Gigli and Carla Sozzani for the fitting and the image of “Spazio Romeo Gigli” address: 10, Corso Como, Milan, Italy. It’s the first fashion multi-store in Italy presenting the most significant contemporary designers. She is also in charge with Romeo Gigli of organizing various special events such as exhibitions and performances taking place in Spazio Romeo Gigli. Cooperates  as a buyer of fashion and accessories collections and as a «headhunter» for new emerging designers, to present their creations at the Spazio Romeo Gigli.
- Collaborates with the photographer and filmmaker Ilvio Gallo to the editing of video-catalogues for Romeo Gigli’s collections.
- Various experiences as stylist for fashion and different products advertising, image and styling for artists and music videos.

90’s
- Continues the collaboration with Romeo Gigli for the styling of the G-Gigli and Romeo Gigli’s collection fashion shows.
- Designs her own still life and fashion accessories editorials for Rizzoli, Anna and Io Donna.
- Designs her first interior design and food design editorials for Elle Décor and Io Donna, working with Maria Vitoria Backhaus and many others photographers.
- Starts a long cooperation with MM-Magazine Max Mara, under the art direction of Claudio Dell’Olio.
- Throughout the course of many travels in India, she improves her knowledge of both antique and contemporary fabrics and embroideries.
- Cooperates with the art-designer Thomas Roberts to the realization of interior design and art-design projects.
- Opens with Thomas Roberts the gallery Oz in Milan where they organized different exhibitions. They participated as a creative studio to various individual and collective exhibitions in other galleries and to special interior design events as Salone del mobile in Milan and Pitti immagine in Florence.
- For Oz she designs collections of embroidered pillows, other household linen items, and small collections of accessories.

2000’s
- Cooperation with Prada at the style department. She does research and conception for windows dressing. As a consultant for the corporate window dressing of Prada and MiuMiu shops around the world she coordinates the buyer office, the merchandising office and the trends office.
- Works as a stylist to interior design and food design editorials for the magazine Case da Abitare under the direction of Silvia Robertazzi.
- Carries on the cooperation with MM-Magazine Max Mara, designing still-life photos for accessories, fashion trends and design.
- Cooperation with the architect Piero Lissoni for «Lema» to the realization of catalogues, corporate design and fittings for the stand the Salone internazionale del Mobile in Milan.
- As a stylist and set designer, she designs and realises the whole concept of the press campaigns for the special events of B&B, Kartell, Roda, Etro home collection, Etro profumi, Max Mara accessories and Lancetti donna.
- Cooperation with the art-designer Thomas Roberts to the realisation of different collections of accessories and bijoux for Etro man and woman fashion shows.
- Design and fitting of the stand «Liberty of London» for Pitti immagine in Florence.
- In collaboration with many photographers, she designs her own interior design projects and photographic research projects linked to the home interior world.
- Imagines the concept, coordinates and takes part of MiSu collection, a workshop involving African designers and Italian creative artists.
- Then she presents her own label Susanna Brandolino (which stems from the previous MiSu project). This collection consists of a range of «cult», tailored dresses and accessories mixing exotic fabrics with classical high-quality fabrics of the Italian tradition.
- She imagines the concept and coordinates the image of SHOP Saman, a multi-store gallery presenting various events fashion, art and design projects, owned by Saman, a non-profit association involved in social work.
